Ay,
you know who you can talk to if you need any sort of motivation. Everyone goes through this. This is where MOST people stop pursuing their goals... the beginning. They go strong for a few months, and then give up, because they feel they can't keep up that momentum for whatever reason. This is where they are wrong... It's so easy to make excuses for something you SHOULD be doing, or SHOULD have done. It's entirely too easy. This week has been a slow week, as I havent done much cardio, and havent lifted since Tuesday. Going to suck it up, and get back on the grind today. TODAY, THIS MORNING, asap. Not tomorrow.. Tomorrow is too convenient. Like I said, if you need to talk for motivation, let me know. We got goals and results we're expecting by the end of the year. We can use each other for dat motivation when we want to give up. People who give up will never be successful. And that's the bottom line.
                                                                                                                  -Mack

On a real notice, if you really feel like this then you need to re prioritize your goals. I understand where your coming from. I know that you want everything to come quick and once you start seeing some results you start to get lazy and go back to your original old habits, but that's exactly what your OLD self wants you to do. You need to start limiting your time on the things you want to do, and give yourself more time on the things you need to do and want to accomplish. And don't think about the things you need to do as a sense of a punishment or a hassle, but instead train your mind to think of it as a hobby or something you want to do, like play SF for example. The main advice i can give you is don't give up and have patience, don't get lazy and stay focused. If you want to succeed your goal step it up and stay consistent, because doing something for 2 weeks and stopping for 2 months won't get you anywhere.
